I am getting sick of coming up with nicknames for all our friends so I’m giving each of them pseudonyms so I can keep them straight. Here goes (oh and if you want to suggest an alternate pseudonym, please do).
Sir PirateNinjaMonkey (aka PC) – one of our longest running friends and local photography and audio design talent. Always introducing new music to us and making us feel better (and less out of touch), by assuming we’ve heard of whatever band he’s playing on his iPod.
Chris Dotson (aka CD) – because that’s the name of his blog, so I feel comfortable using it. Chris is our resident Think Tank director. If there’s an idea, most of the time Chris is involved – and he’s got a lot of good ideas.
Our Mate, Maria (aka MD) – wife of Chris Dotson and simply a joy to be around. She’s up for things like impromptu mani-pedis and yummy nibbly bits. So glad to have a good Englishwoman in our circle of friends!
Perfectly Marvelous JennStoc – one of my BEST friends from high school whom I would donate a kidney to if she needed one. She’s the perfect mix of head librarian and bartender, and one of the best hearts out there.

Okay, so it sounds more elaborate than it really is right? This is our little slice of internet nonsense, which basically is our on-going effort to keep our friends and family up-to-date on our lives, our love and our continuing pursuit of pomegranates. In this modern age of movement, we’ve realized that distance is not an excuse to not keep everyone posted, so please - stop by anytime - in person or internet-ly and know that you are all never far from our thoughts.
